STEP 1: FREE MOVEMENT ANALYSIS AND BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT

Every new potential client starts off going through an in-depth evaluation. This evaluation is focused on giving the Weight Room staff a clear understanding of your starting point so we can build you a specific road map to achieve the goals you desire. The results of your evaluation will dictate the safest exercises for you to start with, how we progress your workouts, and also guide us in the development of your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

STEP 2: CHOOSE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN

We offer multiple ways to train at The Weight Room. We recommend all our clients train 3-4x’s a week for the best results. Each client has unique needs and these are addressed in all our training options. The Weight Room training options:

STEP 3: ACCESS YOUR CUSTOM NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

All Weight Room clients receive custom nutrition and lifestyle guidance, with monthly checkins for ensured results.

STEP 4: JUMP ON OUR WEEKLY GROUP COACHING CALLS

We offer weekly coaching calls to answer any questions you may have to keep you accountable and on track.
